ThinkPoint Financial is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist/admin to work at our corporate office in Carrollton, TX. The perfect candidate will be friendly, reliable and work well on a team. This position offers weekly pay, full-benefits and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all building visitors

• Answer phones & direct calls appropriately

• Receive & distribute letters, packages, etc

• Assist with administrative functions

Job Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Customer-service minded
