Great position for someone with Customer service or recruiting experience

 

Our organization is looking for talented individuals with a good phone presence to recruit Independent Sales people to sell our services. You will receive all inbound traffic from ads that we post nationally. The position includes salary + bonus and entails hiring people to work in 44 different states. We find applicants across the country and explain our opportunity to them on our outside sales positions in their area.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibilities include presenting the value of the position, ensuring paperwork is filled out and following up. Responsibilities also include:

•         Pre-screen personnel to join the Company’s direct sales force.

•         Field incoming calls generated through internet job postings.

•         Respond to submitted online applications via the company website and through online recruiting services.

•         Enter candidate information into application applicant tracking system.

•         Obtain employment documents from hired applicants and schedule online training.

Job Requirements

We are looking for people with:

• Minimum one year of recruiting experience or sales.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Positive attitude and strong character.

• Strong customer service and people skills.

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook.
