  • Lead a team of 10 – 20 outside B2B sales agents presenting our products and services
  • Train and Develop each member of the team to realize their maximum productivity levels
  • Assist in the closing process by utilizing the third-party close and using all the tools at your disposal
  • Build professional relationships with both sales representatives and business owners using strong interpersonal skills to maximize productivity
  • Effectively manage the sales process from start to finish

  • $50,000 base salary (plus commissions and bonuses) $75k+ projected 1st yr, $85k+ projected 2nd yr

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in either sales management or inside/outside B2B sales preferred but would consider entry-level applicants with the right personality
  • Outgoing positive personality with the ability to build rapport and relationships with both team members and clients
  • A history of account acquisition in a competitive industry a plus
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • High level of motivation
  • Willingness to grow and advance
